  • thats alf from alf isnt it?

  • I Love Alf!

  • Also I wasn't born until spring 1989 so I have no memory of watching ALF lolz. My dad and uncle loved it though. I think we even still have our ALF plush doll somewhere in the house.

  • @stevarino1989 i wish i still had mine. we moved and it dissappeared. i was born in 88

  • I much prefer the ALF puppet used in this commercial and in the first season. I wasn't crazy about how he looked in the later seasons when he was more sly and groomed.

  • I had one of those

  • i not seen this commercial in a long time i like it

  • Wow, this is like and All-Stars of 80s kids icons, you got DJ Tanner, the neighbor from Small Wonder, and the kid from Punky Brewster.

  • 0:15 O_O She said what?

  • @SerenitytheDragonair I'll paraphrase. "My parents dont approve of our creepy unnatural relationship.... AHHHHHH MY HAIR IS ON FIRE!!!!!1!"

  • @SaturdayMorningAlive xD So true!

  • I had one that would say stuff if you squeezed its stomach. I remember opening it up to find a pink plastic box with a button and a speaker on it.

  • I still have my alf too from the 80's, back in 86 i was 5 years old and watched this show religiously and had a doll then in 1987 my big brother dressed up as Alf for Halloween with the mask and i dressed up like Duke from GI Joe.

  • Why does the second little girl look like Chucky?

  • @sexcation Because all red heads are the children of Satan.

  • ALF! I had one hahaha . the second kid in the commercial went on to make some movies I think. He looks familiar..

  • Alf loves pussy!

  • WHAAT is that , , , is that first girl that beki chick from full house,

  • I still have my ALF from the 80's

  • Hah...Coleco...

I finally got Alf-the puppet-a couple years ago...Different toy, same coolness!

I believe the puppet was a toy from Burger King back in the 80's...

    [C:

  • I still have mine...

    he's very scruffy!

  • Comment removed

  • I have one still LOL

  • have that doll :D

  • I want that doll

  • My first one that I had was chewed beyond recognition by my dog, and the second that I had found was partially chewed up by my other dog, but otherwise okay. I have another one in storgae just in case.

  • Still got my ALF

  • i love alf he is sooo funny

  • that first kid is candace cameron

  • And the boy was Casey Ellison, whom most will remember as Allan Anderson from Punky Brewster!

  • I STILL have my alf doll, and I'm in my early 20s!

  • That blonde kid looks familar. What TV show was he in?

  • His name is Casey Ellison. He played Allen Anderson on Punky Brewster back in the 80's.

  • Thanks. It was on the tip of my tongue. Thanks for solving the Scooby Doo Mystery. Looks like they got Candace Cameron and that annoying chick from that TV show Small Wonder

  • Haha. Yea I always thought she was annoying. Even wrote an article about Small Wonder on my site. Thanks for the comment!

  • Yes, that was Emily "Harriett" Schulman she had the hots for Jamie!!!

  • Isn't allen anderson gay???

  • Are you asking if the character Casey plays on Punky Brewster is homosexual? If so then no, Allen's character was NOT homosexual.

  • As if you would have known the difference back then between Allan being gay or heterosexual!

  • god was alf was one ugly mother effer. said to say it i used to watch this show when i was 7 or 8 back in 86

  • i hade an ALF toy when i was a little 6 year old.. man it fucked scared the shit out of me... it was in my room.. wall it wasn't my toy it was my dads butt it was in my room

  • My ALF stopped working after a year or so. :( I still have it in storage, but the voice part hasn't worked since the first year!

  • Well if you ever want to fix the old guy up. Go on *shutters*... Ebay! You might find an old Alf voice box that works for nearly nothing. Pop that sucker in and its like Alf never took a break.

  • I still have a miniature ALF doll puppet I got in 1988 from a McDonalds Happy Meal...it actually came with a playable picture disc too. I have no idea what I did with the record though, I probably ended up using it as a frisbee after listening to it a few times.

  • You're mistaken, skullvomit666, it was from Burger King, not McDonald's.

  • I loved ALF...had the same toy

  • Cute kids! I was too old to see this when it came out.

  • Thanks for posting this! I still have my ALF plush (the non-speaking one) and he is still my favorite! Someone asked me how long I have had him and I knew it was since the 80s but didn't recall what year it was released! Now I know: 1986!! 23 YEARS! (...damn I feel old!) Thanks again!

  • You are always welcome! I am glad you enjoyed the video!

  • Did he just say Cat-tin? as in Captain of a cat?

or is my hearing going again.

  • Yea, that's your hearing playing tricks on you. He said "This whole CAT THING has been blown all out of proportion"

  • I still have my alf doll. I love him lol.

  • It's D.J.! It's Harriet! It's Al-in!

  • and thats the kid from punky brewster

  • @jdog34505 Also Yep!

  • The first little girl is Candace Cameron [D.J. from Full House] isn't it?

  • Yeppers

  • @foxxyloxx Yep!

  • That is very cute!

  • omg!! my gr 5 teacher had 2 of them! lmao one was in very good condition and the other had his eyes missing and bald spots xDDD

  • That girl at :13 is Emily Schulman, she played Harriet Brindle on "Small Wonder".

  • Yep your right! And speaking of Small Wonder, read my article about the little creepy cyborg girl on savethe80sDOTcom

  • Which is funny, because Candice Cameron tried out for Small Wonder, too.

  • That was Emily Schulman, with the red hair. She was in Troop Beverly Hills, pitted with Cheers' Shelley Long.

  • I had Alf...he is somewhere in my closet!

  • You should let him out for a breather... And I'm going to resist any "Alf out of the closet" homosexuallity jokes! :D

  • I want my ALF!@!! I never got one and now I want one! I WILL get one because ALF was always cool and made for me. ALF premiered on Sep 22, 1986 and that's the day I turned 13!

  • Cool! And just a day later I was 6! (was born on sep 23) Thanks for the comment!

  • Alf used 2 lov that

  • can you still buy this anywhere? i bet they don't make it anymore.

  • No they stop producing the the this model around 1988 I believe. If your lucky you can still find him in some thrift store or on ebay, just make sure he works (as the voice box would break after brat abuse) They also had a "Storytime" Alf. Mine is sitting on a bookshelf full of 80s tapes, sitting next to Pee Wee and a few friends. Lol.

  • yup, i just found tons of people selling theirs on ebay! i bought one myself!

  • Nice, take a picture with it when you get it, maybe ill put it up on my site :D

  • That first little girl was Candace Cameron. I loved ALF! I want that doll :)

  • I still have mine. But mine is not a "doll"... No, no, no. Its a Talking Alf "Action figure". Cus im a guy! :D
