I love this kart so much. My absolute favorite shifter kart on here. I've been subscribed to you for several months and I am sad that your video count went DOWN. I check everyday in hopes to see another video of this beautiful monster, but my hopes are short lived :-(

@jfrench265 i have a 636 that i,m going to break was wondering what type of strengthening and what type of cart is best or more so what would do as i,ve been told to get a CRG or WRIGHT chassis cut it in middle,put seat forward ans add about 10/12" ,any help would be much appreciated.......oh and a very well put together cart mate top piece of kit by far the best out there...cheers mate,

@boomer1647 no need to put the seat forward just put the peddles out board no need to cramp everything up this is a TKM chassis which has been lenghtend behind the seat go to goggle home page and type in passionford gsxr 1000cc go kart and look at the build for yourself enjoy.

@freesmells if you're asking is he engaging the clutch like a normal bike then yes... it still has a clutch but it's just electronically controlled by the punch of a button.

@canthony1019 Let me correct you , the clutch is only used to put it in first gear, there after no clutch is required for change gear going up or down. When coming to a stop you need the clutch again. During racing or driving all clutch controls are down through a computer controlling engine revs.

why doesn't your speedo work?

@419HYBRID hi mate the reason the speedo is not working at the moment is the engine in my kart is a gsxr 1000cc k3 model .and the clutch arm caseing is from a k5 model this means the speedo sensor needs to be adjusted .thanks for pointing it out this will be my next job thanks tim for the info.

@419HYBRID flatshifter expert kit with throttal blipper this is a totaly clutchless system it means you only need the clutch to pull away and when you stop .becouse it has the blipper fitted you can change up and down through the gears without fear of damage go on to flatshifter web site it will answer all your questions.as for the build go on to goggle home page and type in passionford 1000cc go kart you will see after a few grand and hours in the garage this is the end result enjoy.
