This sadly is my day to day exactly, my supervisor who must be a saint always tells me to calm down because I have to put people on hold and curse or put my hand in my desk and slam the draw just to relieve tension, I know people are calling me for help but it's the way they go about asking for it like it couldn't possibly be them who are the issue it's me or their pc.
I know how it is man. So true, nothing overexaggerated at all here. I took up smoking the minute I started working in the tech field, end users never amaze me with their stupidity
THis video is oddly accurate. I do this kind of job for a living. The only thing this video leaves out is the callers that have to either tell you their life story, or vocally state how stupd they are. my trainer actually showed me this video. Funny then, funny now.
