Err umm. I don't mean to sound rude but that was unimpressive. The dogs tricks was on a continuous loop. All it knows is how to roll over, shake, lay down and speak. Even then the dog rolls over before the guy even tells it to. If he did the tricks in a different order then the dog would be confused and not do it.
cj397 is right about the arthritis in poms, but I do think its immature, foul and swimming with stupidity for him to talk that way to someone who obviously meant no harm by it. You can tell people how to do things right without being an A&&HOLE THANKS. I love the video and I think its great you kept your girlie even though she has fur issues. THATS love.

He was rude, but he's right. I was thinking the same thing. The pomeranian breed (this one looks like a mix) can suffer different joint problems. Dogs can suffer extreme pain without showing it. That being said, this could actually be hurting him but he wouldn't show outward signs of pain. Just because he's small and light doesn't mean he doesn't feel it around his neck. You should wait a moment before repeating an un-understood command to mark that they're not doing what you want them to otherwise the command just becomes white noise. It will help them learn much faster! Anyway I love her keep up the good work :)

We had a full blooded pom that looked her. Not all poms have that thick show quality coat. I have two now, one with the big double coat and one with a no so thick coat. Both are very much loved and spoiled.

The vet says that she has a hormonal imbalance and stress issues that cause her hair to fall out at a much higher rate than normal. She is still beautiful to me. Her parents are both full blooded, beautiful, full puff Pomeranians.

After a while we had her spayed, and the vet found that one of her ovaries was very enlarged...
She got a lot better after that...

She's a Pomeranian. There are times, when they shed out their coat. It is called "Puppy Uglies". Even though it does not make them ugly. They just look odd during that time. It's often that people who have no clue about the Pom breed make that mistake.

@Ixxithedog It's a pom. I've had 3. They tend to occasionally share traits with long haired chihuahuas (eg pointed ears, fox-like features) but the real resemblances occur when a Pomeranian is in it's young adult state or if it's really skinny. If Izzy were to put on weight, she would resemble a Pomeranian waaayy more.
@Ixxithedog it depends how old the pomeranian is. they go through a stage when they're younger where they lose their coat (which will make it look long-haired chihuahua-ish) and then the coat will come back in a few months as their "adult coat".
@xRawrNeonDinox3 dont count on it. If the pet is for an example bought in a petstore or a puppymill it can be a mix or the sellers just lie. I stand my ground that, atleast not in sweden, no pure pom look like that.
palmarians are very intelligant dogs. our 2 dog's (palmarian(purebread) is a jumpey lil fella. his mom can litarly jump into you're arms.
so far they know how to speak, sit, stay, and pray.
but we still need them to know where they can go to the bathroom on, we always give them a little throw awayable mat but they all ways chew it up to pieces! can you tell me what to do?
our dog can do sit,down and wait but she can't bark. She can't really bark...not at all. We don't know why but she can do like a doggy type of snicker ( can't explain).

Izzy is a very smart little dog. Whenever I get out the treats she runs to the middle of the living room and sits on the floor cuz that's where I train her. She knows that she's about to learn something. She usually gets excited and barks, so one time when she did that I just said "speak" and she barked and I gave her a treat, and I did that about 5 times and she got it. She's easy to train...haha...I think she's smarter than a 5th grader.
@brittsfamous1 it takes time and patience my 6 month old pomeranian can sit shake both paws, high 5, roll over and twril, some tricks took minutes to learn where as others took weeks. Its just time and practice
@brittsfamous1 She has always just been an attentive dog. I don't know, it's like when she sees the treats come out she just knows that she's going to learn something. As soon as she figures out what it is we want her to do, she just does it. She's an amazing dog.

Well you could always mark the behavior (The bark(ing)
If you use a clicker you could click when he barks and after a while (much faster than you'd think) you just a a cue, yadda yadda and tada! You taught him how to speak on cue.

People don't seem to understand that it takes a year or two for pomeranians to get their full coat and also not all lines of pomeranians are fluffy some have longer thich more silky looking fur. I share your annoyance

@Ixxithedog It's a pom. I've had 3. They tend to occasionally share traits with long haired chihuahuas (eg pointed ears, fox-like features) but the real resemblances occur when a Pomeranian is in it's young adult state or if it's really skinny. If Izzy were to put on weight, she would resemble a Pomeranian waaayy more.

@Ixxithedog it depends how old the pomeranian is. they go through a stage when they're younger where they lose their coat (which will make it look long-haired chihuahua-ish) and then the coat will come back in a few months as their "adult coat".

@xRawrNeonDinox3 dont count on it. If the pet is for an example bought in a petstore or a puppymill it can be a mix or the sellers just lie. I stand my ground that, atleast not in sweden, no pure pom look like that.

palmarians are very intelligant dogs. our 2 dog's (palmarian(purebread) is a jumpey lil fella. his mom can litarly jump into you're arms.
so far they know how to speak, sit, stay, and pray.
but we still need them to know where they can go to the bathroom on, we always give them a little throw awayable mat but they all ways chew it up to pieces! can you tell me what to do?

our dog can do sit,down and wait but she can't bark. She can't really bark...not at all. We don't know why but she can do like a doggy type of snicker ( can't explain).

Izzy is a very smart little dog. Whenever I get out the treats she runs to the middle of the living room and sits on the floor cuz that's where I train her. She knows that she's about to learn something. She usually gets excited and barks, so one time when she did that I just said "speak" and she barked and I gave her a treat, and I did that about 5 times and she got it. She's easy to train...haha...I think she's smarter than a 5th grader.

@brittsfamous1 it takes time and patience my 6 month old pomeranian can sit shake both paws, high 5, roll over and twril, some tricks took minutes to learn where as others took weeks. Its just time and practice

@brittsfamous1 She has always just been an attentive dog. I don't know, it's like when she sees the treats come out she just knows that she's going to learn something. As soon as she figures out what it is we want her to do, she just does it. She's an amazing dog.

how did you teach her to speak? my pom barks a lot and i heard you need to teach them to speak before you could teach them to be quiet. i'm not trying to keep him quiet but i want to control his barking...

Well you could always mark the behavior (The bark(ing)
If you use a clicker you could click when he barks and after a while (much faster than you'd think) you just a a cue, yadda yadda and tada! You taught him how to speak on cue.
