i have memories of when i was 2 also... I also surprised my mother when i told her i remember my great-grandfather, its just a flash but i remember his face. She couldn't understand how i could have cause he died before i turned 1. So i told her that i remember being at his house, him holding me and that someone had lost a book. She was amazed cause he was holding me & my sister lost her book there! So i think a 5 year old can remember well, kids are smart & full of truth!

I remember how the cake looked like, certain emotions I had felt which I mark as a turning point in my life and many other things. I can recall many more things years after and a lot of things as well from when I was 5. A mind with a great aptitude for recalling huge chunks of info; an outstanding memory as you will, who knows. But all I can say is I can even remember things from the crib.

I recently watched again my favourite childhood and teenager movies and I was like 1000% sure to remember the stories with 100% accuracy ... then when I saw them it was like another story , another climax , another ending .
