False. The 2003 Iraq War was a continuation of the 1991 Gulf War. The shooting in 1991 Gulf War ended in a ceasefire treaty, not the war itself! The UNSC enforced 17 Resolutions against Iraq and it says if Iraq doesn't comply with them, then any member states party to a 1991 ceasefire would come in and use any force if necessary to force Iraq into compliance. Since Iraq failed, hostilities resumed in 2003.
Those soldiers actions were illegal and unacceptable, however this video should not be used to characterize soldiers in general, or the war they are fighting. As a soldier myself, all soldiers should treat the innocent citizens of Iraq and Afghanistan with respect, while hunting down the terrorist sects that terrorize these people. That's easier said than done when the lines are blurred and battlefield decisions have to be made.

American foreign policies do affect many people, for instance England, Germany and other countries send military to Afghanistan to take care of the mess Americans caused, a personal friend of mine was in the German army in Afghanistan for instance he is alive and well but kept many people worrying.

Those soldiers actions were illegal and unacceptable, however this video should not be used to characterize soldiers in general, or the war they are fighting. As a soldier myself, all soldiers should treat the innocent citizens of Iraq and Afghanistan with respect, while hunting down the terrorist sects that terrorize these people. That's easier said than done when the lines are blurred and battlefield decisions have to be made.

However, don't forget that your economy, along with every single alphabet/english using country's economy relies heavily on that of the USA's. Just consider how many USA firms are operating in your country, and the taxes they pay from annual revenues. Long term crisis WILL affect your country in a matter of time.
