What size tires are those on the TJ? They look pretty thin, but they're so tall it's hard for me to tell. Regardless, both nice rigs. Looks like a lot of fun.
Those Maxxis Creepy Crawlers have a ridiculously thinck sidewall. My buddy ran 6 pounds in them and they still had full sidewall. Now that he's on beadlocks he doesn't run any air and they still have a pretty good wall in them. That's 35s on a relatively stock TJ.
I run the same tires on my rig as well and I agree that they are an insanely thick sidewall. I had to cut custom Anti-coning rings for my beadlocks when I installed them. Great multi-use trail tire.
@TELLICOTJ i absolutely despise those tires, even flat they hardly ever hook. of course im used to bfg mud terrains, which are a ton softer, but i like the way the maxxis are tough as nails. never have to worry about cutting them on the trail.

they probably were, it's just not as visible because of the super stiff sidewalls.
