@Dancwwolfs..... You are so right. I served with B Co. 5/7th 1st Cavalry in '68 and '69. And yes, it is "hell on earth." There is absolutely nothing "cool" about it. I do honor those I served with, and mourn those lost on both sides. I'd like to think somewhere history would finally teach us a lesson, but I'm giving up hope on that.
