Eugene is in desperate need of checks and balances on power. EPD has a pack of nasty wolves within it.
Citizens need to stand up against organized crime, even when it's cloaked in the police uniform.
Criminal elements will always bitch about the police...but you have to love them...they keep cops employed and away from the honest folks.

I think the citizens of eugene should vote to close the police department. That way they can fight crime themselves with kisses and hugs.

Citizens appreciate police auditors who sees traitors of public safety rotting in prison (such as former officer Magana during Torrey's amdinistrator) Jim Torrey is a morbid toad with an uncanny resemblence to Jaba the Hutt.
