You should try to know the fact before you spit hate. I did actually speak with Dr. Fox on many occasions over a year prior to doing the story. He was originally in favor of it and was going to let me in and show off his rig and go into more detail about the competitions he's involved with.
He at some point realized that by showing off his rig, he might get in trouble and decided against co-operating and thus HIS decision changed a friendly documentary piece into what we see here.

Actually the CITY ZONING CODE says it can't be any higher than 12 feet, and the farthest part of it away from it's own mast cant be closer than 3' to his own property line. his 60' ship keel spans 3 properties. Too bad this is Detroit where anarchy rules, any other city would have came out and tore it down themselves & sent him the bill.

fcc cant do anything about it hes putting out thousands of watts, you need to go and talk to him and tell him that he can put out thousands of watts with out bleeding over tvs computers and radios if he has a good ground on the antenna they say you van transmitt at least 10,000 watts without bleeding over to another persons house

To bad FCC wont do nothing about it, and local authority cant do nothing about it.... Only if its a TV station...hospital..or interfering with ham radio or any government establishments.... DR FOX, you da man...if you look on the part fcc on the back of your device, it will say this device will and can receive all other radio waves interference ...good luck..

To give Dr. Fox his props; His signal is strong enough to totally Silence the great WJR & As you can hear in the video, His audio actually sounds crystal clear like a broadcast radio station. If you turned on your radio and heard Dr. Fox, it sounds so good you would think it was an actual radio program. It's only when he Un-Keys and WJRs signal comes back in that you'd realize it was a CB.
Dr. Fox sets a higher standard in CB strength & clarity & makes all other CBers sound like Mud Ducks!

You should try to know the fact before you spit hate. I did actually speak with Dr. Fox on many occasions over a year prior to doing the story. He was originally in favor of it and was going to let me in and show off his rig and go into more detail about the competitions he's involved with.
He at some point realized that by showing off his rig, he might get in trouble and decided against co-operating and thus HIS decision changed a friendly documentary piece into what we see here.

That's true, in Michigan you must have "all party consent" to record someone either on the phone or in person, including video with audio.

The laws of 13 states expressly prohibit the unauthorized installation or use of cameras in private places. In Alabama, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, South Dakota and Utah, installation or use of any device for photographing, observing or overhearing events or sounds in a private place without the permission of the people photographed or observed is against the law. Michigan is one of 13 states that you have to get both.

The Key word you mentioned 2wice in your statement: PRIVATE. so those restrictions only apply to stuff recored in a PRIVATE place. notice Dr. Fox was OUtSIDE in PUBLIC talking.
ANYTHING you can see and or hear in PUBLIC or in a Public place is fair game to be recorded. The News does it all the time & i know this because I just graduated from a prestigious broadcasting school.

Wow i thought it was illegal to do a hidden camera with audio in Michigan. Man i would hate to get a lawsuit because of a video like this. I would be taken it down before he saw it.
