Good feature of this little unit - after you have created or modified the effects and saved them, it will hold them in store even if batteries and powerpack are disconnected. I re-programmed my 505 to give me a sequence of effects that I needed. The factory settings tend to jump around abit.

@JAYRiSCOOL - surely not a serious enquiry? The Zoom works with batteries or with an adaptor. I use it almost as a pre-amp and plug headphones into the output for some quiet practise and experimentation. It's great for adding subtle effects to an electro-acoustic guitar.

É que ai ele só esta mostrando pra quem não conhece o dito cujo, como alterar efeitos do pré-set e criar outros, é valido, porém é pra iniciantes mesmo, pois ele tem muitos efeitos que podem ser explorados, é só um pouco de tempo e paciência, o que sempre acho uma falha grave e nesse o cara acertou, foi em colocar o ampli e a guitarra que esta usando, pois isso faz bastante diferença.

Mine is caused by a faulty input jack. If I play around with the cable lead going into the input jack, the ringing sound will eventually stop

hmmmm, i think thats the same as problem as mine, the jack was faulty and would make that annoying buzz sound but then turned into a high pitch ring that wrecked my ears,it must be wrecked.

This crappy little zoom sonds decent. I picked one up at a pawn shop for $20 and was shocked to find out it sounded as good at it did. Great pactice and ear phone pedal. Not bad with an Amp either! better than some $100 pedals i have tested.

es muy bueno el vox, es facil sacarle un buen sonido , no es muy dificil usarlo pero sus parametros son muy amplios y no tan limitados y predefinidos como esta zoom, en lo particular prefiero la boss gt-8 o el pod x3 live, pero la vox es muy buena

i don't care WHAT people say, zoom 505/606/707 are awesome, AWESOME started effects pedal... i'd only trade them for pod xts, and nothing else... if you know how to create effects, u can create some awesome AWESOME tones with these pedals

Well, I have the GT-8 and it's not all that great. I will be getting Pod XT Live. You can hook it to the computer save the setting and can even exchange settings or patchs with other people that have the pod too.

not really dude, unless you are a begginer. I have bought one some years ago, and i believe that all distortions suck no matter how you patch them. But hey, for the price (nowadays), that's not bad at all!
