not as a garnish, but as an ingredient in cooking...in meatballs, soups, in bread crumbs, and sometimes we make parsley salad with vinagrette dressing. It has many health benefits, so we use it as often as we can, of course, preferring the milder Italian parsley, but curly parsley will do in a pinch.

Parsley is an ingredient, not a garnish.
