I lived in S Koreas for five years and I saw this type of driving almost every other day from the tow trucks. The average korean driver drives crazy so the tow truck drivers take it up another notch. Red light means nothing over there so this does not suprize me seeing this. You should watch the food delivery man ride his scooter through on comming traffic just to get your food to you. Even though most of them have no medical coverage they still ride like they are crazy.

Having been to Korea I will say that lots of arrogant [male] drivers with no manners whatsoever abound which is quite normal. This video has a total of 4 race truck drivers if you watch carefully. The driver has 3 near crashes (quite ironic if it happened). The driver is using some kind of country slang (not from Seoul). The tow truck driver is bloody awesome driver who has an amazing awareness to be able to calculate the fastest route without collision. I would trust this driver with my life.

Tow trucks race to the accident scene to secure clients for their body shop/garage. The truck drivers will earn commission for every wreck they bring in. It's the same here in Malaysia, all of them tow truckers are just mean motherfuckers who will try to negotiate/intimidate/scare you to sign them on. I had an accident once and the first to arrive were a tow truck and instead of helping, he (and then others) were preying on the driver (my friend). Bastards.
