The song is "La 25ème image" (the 25th picture) and the artists are "IAM" and "Daddy Nuttea" The vidéo clip is from another french rap band named "NTM". The video and the music aren't supposed to get together. The song came out of the album "La Haine, musiques inspirées du film" in 1995 with a lot of other badass songs
