can someone clarify what a "built" motor is? They make the internals bigger? i.e. the cams?

Said and done with Greddy's good kit would be like 20k..

As far a being a built motor.. The engine in stock form cant handle the power so forged pistons, rods,fasteners are used to add strength.. And yes the cams would be swapped.. The pistons also change the compression.... Theres alot of other parts involved in building a motor too.. Injectors, oil pump.. Blah blah..

in all honestly, how much would it cost for you to make the car last even 100k miles after a turbo is installed? referring to the maintenance cost.. im sure it's not like owning a honda, and just paying for an oil change every 3000 miles.

If you added the sleeve kit and bought the upgraded greddy kit spend around 15k you have the potential for a 650whp+ pumpgass daily driver, that does depend on the tuner and what parts you use exactly.

So price can be as much as you want.

Cars with open deck aluminum blocks always will be expensive to turbocharge. PERIOD.
