Very ominous and spooky, even the radio spots for Alien were scary! I like how it waits a while before getting to the voiceover narration. Listeners tuning to the local Top 40 station hoping to hear Debbie Boone or some such shit must have creeped out by this.
@gaje90 I just heard one for Thor today... and Insidious recently. Also Paranornal Activity 2 when it came out... they still make radio spots for movies.
@EDSMusicSC The last time I ever heard a radio spot was 5 years ago, when they did one for Star Wars - Revenge of the Sith. Prolly cuz my local radio stations are too crappy to air them.
I agree! Did your brother see Alien in theaters as a kid? you saw it on cable at 3 and did it frightened you? i agree those are awesome movies you mentioend.
@Johnlindsey289 Yeah, he saw it in theaters as a kid and he told me that the infamous chestburster scene freaked him the hell out. When i saw it on cable for the first time as a kid the only scene that really scared me and made me jump was when the alien leaped out and screamed at Captain Dallas when he was lost in those air shaft tunnels.
(Alien1979) Ridley Scott + John Hurt + and a score by Jerry Goldsmith performed by the National Philharmonic Orchestra = the most horrific film made. The best film made. I still have Nightmares about being on the Nostromo. You can not copy this movie or chop it up (but they try). It's art. I'm a fan of the age where real movies were made. (the 26 thumbs down belong to Shia LaBeouf fans...may you live forever) P.S. you still have to see James Cameron's Aliens AND John Carpenter's the Thing.

Alien, Blade Runner, Legend and Gladiator are Ridley Scott's greatest cinematic triumphs.
