@kseadam8907 he is doing harmonies, thats why. he is basically a "layer" in this song sans the fact he has some answer back lines in the second verse and chorus. thats cool tho considering this is a supergroup comprised of multiple Sevendust members. Im sure they wanted it to sound like somewhat of a departure from Sevendust.

@thefallingdream Actually, the members of Eye Empire were members of Submersed and Dark New Day. There was one member (maybe two members, can't remember) of Dark New Day that were originally in Sevendust.
