There's no screen... this sucks. The new ipod nano sucks because it is practically an ipod touch. And all the ipod classics are $240+ with a crazy number of gigs. Where can I buy a new regular ipod with a decent price with around 30 gigs.

the best for music and the first one to have a camera is the iPod Nano 5g, the best mp3 in my opinion and the first one with the camera. If the earphones that come with iPod Nano 5g had the buttons for volume and playlist controls, that would be great. If the camera was bigger that would be amazing too. Still best iPod Nano and music player ever. Guaranteed. If you want it just for video and music, I recommend, you get the iPod Nano 5g. You will love it like I do.

As a seller of these products, I must say I'm glad Apple learned from their mistake. The previous version went from having the panel on the player itself to having it on the headset. The main problem was that the avarage customer here is active and training, and that the headset isn't very training friendly. It's hard trying to get the customer to understand, and it all ends with a Nano with armband. Anyways, I'm positive.

I am sure others have corrected this already, but just incase. Voiceover has never been about talking to the Shuffle through the a mic but the shuffle talking to you. Basically by pressing the voiceover button you can get the shuffle to tell you the name of the song playing and tell you play list names so you can scroll through them. Who know maybe apple will include voice command (like the Ipod touch) into the shuffle and nano.

The "new" shuffle is just like the one from two years ago. The new Nano is a piece of shit compared to the 5G. It's obvious that apple is phasing out the Nano. I am not buying a new Nano or a Touch, I'm sticking with my 5G Nano for now. And by "for now" I mean at least two or three years. Apple has never disappointed me before, but the certainly did with this new line up of iPods. What a bunch of junk! Perhaps time to fire Jobs and that fat british guy, whatshisname! I THINK SO!
