Is this a joke? THe site is an actual fake company . They take your money and do not ever fix anything . We need more videos of an acutal unserviced call to post here! Hit them where it hurts . ANd where are the attorney generals here? THIS COMPANY IS a PONZI SCHEME>> .

I used their website to place a claim for the same issue 5 times, but nobody has contacted me.
Don't even bother to call on the phone. You'll be on hold for ever and if you get a live person you will be treated very badly.
I am surprised Nationwide Home warranty are still in business

They are a FRAUD. Look them up on the Better Business Bureau website.
