When u buy and download the add-on, it should be installed on the game at the same time. Other than that, I dont know since I've never played Fallout 3 on PS3. Not sure if u must activate it via PS system somehow.

Search for the add-on file in the system and see if there is some installation or activation menu for it.

Looking back on F3, after playing through NV 3 times, I have to say how babied we were with F3. Perks every level, most of them were good unlike NV, Bobble Heads for EVERYTHING. Power Armor where ever you went, and very simple choices.

Enclave = Evil / BoS = Good

Deathclaws were a joke on this game to compared to the ones in NV, where you DONT have the dart gun. But still in my opinion, F3 > NV, mostly cause I love the capital wasteland more than the Mojave Desert. Still NV is kick ass.
