@phuckthis1234 every group is cult like. approval of comments comes as a result of people on Youtube being totally and freakishly negative and aggressive toward crossfitters. I don't blame people for screening posts. One of the ideas behind crossfit is to foster a positive, encouraging, and supportive community. If some can't deal with that, move on. However there is no reason to take crap from anyone.
