Why should folks buy you kit when they can use a U clamp & cut it in 1/2 so that they end up w/ 2- pieces that look like a "L"
The wood needed:
1- piece length of Fence
2- pieces cut to the width of the fence + 3/4" or 1.5" from a 1X4 or 2X4 so the end up w/ a piece looking like a "L" made from wood
Then you drill a 1/4" diameter hole thru it on the drill press & you insert the "L" shaped metal rod thru the wood & use 2- wing nuts to tighten it down to your actual rip fence.

If you have a portable table saw you can use this method to extend the rip fence

I inserted 2- Pieces of plastic from a ring binder under the the piece which is SACRIFICIAL piece for clearance
Material cost which includes the wood should not exceed $7.50 for folks who are wood workers
