Thanks for putting this up. As an American who watched EastEnders back in the 1980's, I had wondered why David suddenly wasn't in the show. My local PBS station handled the announcement of David's death in a tactless manner. I am glad to see this documentary and I hope there are many more people who watch this. I don't want this talented young man to be forgotten.

What a sad story about such a promising actor taking his own life. I really feel for his family and his brother who presented this.

That said, there was no comments on his death, I feel that this was completely ignored in this video and more attention should have been paid to it.

At 2:42 to 3:07 that girl is Mandy Mealing who played Tracey Edwards in Series 3 (1980) of Grange Hill, i don't know why she was axed but she was glamourously replaced by Clare Scott (Paula Ann-Bland)
