ojala algun dia hicieran un remake de este juego, y del tomb raider 2 porque son los q tienen una linea de historia bien interesante, este obiamente es largo y variado, me gustaron los ecenarios de egipto, en el anniversary se veian exelentes, en el tomb raider 2, todo, y tenia un rango de dificultad bien ajustado, el tmb radr 3 es bueno tambien pero como q le falto algo......el angel de la oscurida es una cochinada, el legend bueno y el underworld bueno tambien

I think the older Tomb Raiders were better than the latest in ways. I thought the storyline, graphics, and equipment for Legend and Underworld were way better than the others. But the older ones had better puzzels and the games were longer. You had more of an atmosphere to interact with and harder villains in the older games. There are pros and cons with the older and latest games, but they were all nice.

It's only now, may be 10 years after finishing this, that I find a little similarity between Von Croy and Belloc (Indiana Jones).

Oh, also, I remember there was a way to avoid the blasts form Seth When you hoists yourself on a platform. You have to make "le poirier". I don't know how you say that in english, but it's the acrobatic move, when Lara finish a climb up-side-down. If I remember correctly, you have to push SHIFT at the moment you finish the climb, or something like that.

Verner was possessed by Set, and within sure it is him or still Set Lara hesitate to trust him or not. And then - it's too late. [you should know that by yourself after playing xP]

Not to mention of course that TR4 was made as the last chapter of Lara's adventure and end of the whole serie. That's why the game is so hard, long and with so many unbeatable enemies. But as we all know TR4 was such a big success, that next parts had to be made. Money is a great power

This ending completely smacked me in the face. I loved this game. I spent months beating (slow but surely), and then when I finally finish it the ending was so unsatisfying. It's still one of the most rewarding gaming experiences I've had, though. Hands down the best game since the original.

Seth was trapped after Lara put the amulet in the contraption. Historically Horus is good, Seth is bad, Horus's amulet will unleash Seth which creates red skies giant scorpions and crap & possessses Von Croy, yet the amulet will take Seth's power away. This game really teaches you something..!

Core couldn't handle making the games becaue their team was so small, so they decided to kill her off at the end of the game, but it bit them in the ass when Eidos wanted them to make more. They did explain how she got out in Angel Of Darkness, but that was scrapped from the final game because they didn't have time to finish it properly. =[

woah! very good louischou, once again you have excelled. I've seen all of your TR2, 3 & now 4 videos. For me this is the best TR appart from Legend, the best puzzles, the best story, long but not as long & difficult as the third one, nice music. TR 1 is like the epilogue, the beginning and TR 4 has got its essence; TR 2 is the scariest, TR 3 the evolution (more movements, weapons etc) + the toughest, TR 5 the easiest and like a wraping of the whole story... ;)
