It doesn't work on every character, for example it doesn't work on Tung because he can't be hitted with all the 3 hits of the air chain, so he can't be stunned

Yes i know that, i wasn't saying that it does work on all the characters, i meant to say i wasnt sure and that it might work on very few characters.
The only characters that i know that it works on are Rick and Geese so far, i haven't tryed it with any of the other characters yet.
