I'm not knocking these ladies, they are sexy but, I don't understand what type of fitness competition this is? Most fitness competitions I know of the women have no hips and they are not that bulky in the thigh and butt area. These women are more built like bodybuilders with less muscle mass but, they look good.

I used to be a personal trainer, and the fact of the matter is you cannot train to be fit and look like some of these fragile fashion models. When women train to be fit, this is how they end up looking.

If these women are too thick, try thinspiration videos. There you can see all the tiny-bootied, emotionally-unstable, and anorexic types. Happy viewing!
