I'm not so sure about 'cite as you write,' you should check out their website for more information. I'm not quite sure how you would want your PDFs to integrate with MS Word.
CWYW is a EndNote feature really. Good way of using papers and CWYW is to use papers on your desktop, but save anything you pulldown in EndNoteWeb.
Once you've done that you can just connect to the endnote web server, using the CWYW plug-in for Word or Pages or even Open Office, and insert your reference from there.
