@iamtoobad Do you think The Moody Blues invented the E minor and D chords? Do you think they were the first to play that progression? That is the only thing these two songs have in common. Nights in white satin has a longer chord progression and a completely different melody. Chord progressions have been used and re-used for hundreds of years. Nothing in music is original, and to say Pearl Jam stole something from the Moody Blues is like saying Jimi Hendrix stole from Little Richard.

@1000anais where the video came from or the song.. During Ralph Nader s entry into the race for presidency, Eddie and Ben were often seen together playing upon his political platform.. the song was originally written on Vs" by eddie in like 95 or 96.. hope that helps a little.
