I would also like to add if the police department would have put signs out indicating that there was slowed or stopped traffic ahead then this tragic event would not have happened. I am a trucker also, you will find many "accidents" of cars hitting cars in the rear. The only thing is when a trucker hits another vehicle, it usually is catastrophic because of the weight of the vehicle. If the computerized scene is correct, then it looked to be a very curvey road and not a lot of sight distance. It is tragic that fatalities have incurred from this event but that if it were a van or another car no one would be blasting them all over the news

Before the trial they have this thing called a pre-trail hearing, this is the place where the actual facts get gutted from the case. WAL-MART put the entire judgment on their driver. Wal-mart threw there driver under the bus! Wal-mart paid the judgment, but the Attorneys where not allowed the tell the jury that the judge ruled before the jury came in that thye could not say that Wal-mart was paying the judgment. I found the reason why the the Beckers claims was thrown out of court. It had nothing to do with Wal-Mart. Apparently the Backers never file for a marriage license. this is from the court Case No. 2:08-0023 Judge Trauger: "... the defendants claim that the plaintiffs – who are suing for losses, including loss of consortium, sustained in the motor vehicle accident at issue in this case – cannot advance a loss of consortium claim because they are not legally married."

Wow, I mean I've heard of conspiracy theories but this takes the cake. As a tractor-trailer driver I can tell you that as a habit, to keep the engine from dying, you always hit the clutch prior to the brake. That's not on purpose, that's training. Was this ACCIDENT driver at fault? Absolutely. Was he punished for it? Well he's no longer a driver for Wal-Mart and probably faced charges, so I would say yes. A conspiracy? Only in your head.

Before the trial they have this thing called a pre-trail hearing, this is the place where the actual facts get gutted from the case. WAL-MART put the entire judgment on their driver. Wal-mart threw there driver under the bus! Wal-mart paid the judgment, but the Attorneys where not allowed the tell the jury that the judge ruled before the jury came in that thye could not say that Wal-mart was paying the judgment. If so then they had a perfectly good reason to do that. The only people that needed to be in the hearing were the suers and those being sued, not the Church.

Religious Persecution, i don't think so. This is probably just an unfortunate set of circumstances that happened. Not everything that happens to any decent Christian is the result of conspiracies between government, or corporations, or any organization. I've been following this closely. It is a tragic event no doubt. Walmart's attorneys are going to defend their best interest, bad as they feel. That is their job after all. The driver, that's another story, he's on his own. Sadly, accidents happen.
That said. Wal mart did not make this a church/religion issue. The members of the cult..errr I mean church did. I prey tragedy like this one never strikes my family, but if it does, I can promise the church would be left out of it.

I found the reason why the the Beckers claims was thrown out of court. It had nothing to do with Wal-Mart. Apparently the Backers never file for a marriage license. this is from the court Case No. 2:08-0023 Judge Trauger: "... the defendants claim that the plaintiffs – who are suing for losses, including loss of consortium, sustained in the motor vehicle accident at issue in this case – cannot advance a loss of consortium claim because they are not legally married."

@alexthe22 Wrong. Fact: Marriage is an institution ordained by God. Just because you pay a fee to the state you are residing in and get a piece of paper by no means declares that you are married. "Legally" is defined by these terms if you have paid the state which makes them a ward afterward of the marriage and anything produced (children) as well. One thing to understand- WalMarts lawfirm would have a detractor or disinformation posted as you have posted for distraction purposes.

I think the idea is our courts and legal system have been taken over by the Coorporations. I was there and the court gutted the entire case before the trial and the jury did not get to see all of the evidence. The driver was pouring coffee and reading the qual comm. all of which he lied about! The driver told an eye witness. Wal-Mart is flat out evil. So are there laywers and especially the system.
