What's fun is actually attempting to print from the POS (Ha! Double meaning!) Waiting for the document preview is the slowest, most painful experiences anyone could ever hope for, which is why it was clearly cut away from in this video! I'm subjecting myself to this torment this very moment ad have been waiting for the preview for about ten minutes now on a single page PDF. This service is a failure.
This guys English is horrible! Instead of saying FILES...he says, "Fiiiiiis" and then instead of saying BUSINESS...he says, "BEEANNUS" (say it fast for similar effect. Wow...I thought blacks had bad English! This white guy speaks incomprehensible, barbaric english! Someone give this guy a Bull-spiked club so he can do the "oga-booga dance! Geesh!
What on earth do you do if you can't supply them with any of those file formats? I need to print a booklet off and all my pages are in .JPG format. Jesus, you would think they'd be able to at least get something THAT simple done.
The machine that reads your thumb drive never loads this fast. The machine automatically generates a preview of your document before you're able to print it, which takes a while. Last time it was over 1 minute for the preview and it was only a 1-page document and I had 12 to print. You'd be better off taking your flash drive to the business center of your hotel, plugging it into the computer, and printing it from there.
I like the demonstration. I suppose have FedEx money makes things like this possible; nevertheless, I do miss Kinkos.
Complaint: The FedEx take over of Kinkos in a case when Kinkos users lost out. It is almost impossible to find a 24 hour kinkos and difficult to find late night service.
