@Octiceps I definitely think Doom 3 holds up quite well, although it should be noted that for some of these videos I was using some lighting and shader mods that add a lot of eye candy on modern systems.
@conman2317 I don't think the game comes defaulted with a 1080p option. Just go into your base folder (In your Doom file) look for the config.cfg file, then once in the file, look for seta r_customHeight "xxxx"
seta r_customWidth "xxxx" and set them to you're proper resolution. If they aren't there, just copy/paste what I typed, into the file and set it that way. It will work aslong as you don't re configure you're resolution ingame.

Now your'e gaming in 1080p on Doom 3.
For future reference, all the information you need is out there on Google. Just takes a few minutes of your time and you will learn something new! GL HF

If I wanted to know how to do it - I would have gone straight to google and say ... how to change to resolution 1080 Doom 3 ... probably found an FAQ - then done it. Asking how to on youtube would have been the last thing to do. But maybe you thought I was being sarcastic...
@TheVanillatech (facepalm), I searched google a lot and found a link to this video because... YOUR PLAYING IT IN 1080, so obviously you would know how to set it. That's why I commented. I searched google extensively, it wasn't right out in the open in a FAQ.
@conman2317 Oh, and google does display youtube videos in the search results, so don't pull the whole, "you shouldn't have searched youtube, that would be the last thing to do". If your such an advocate of google you should have already knew this.

@TheSinescu Doom 3 and Quake 4 were both made by id Software. Both games have some of the same exact similarities, like sound for example.
