@hellotwat You can eat as much fat as you want! Just avoid eating too much omega 6 fat (like in nuts)... keep it to a handful per day. Saturated fat (animal, coconut oil, butter, dairy), olive oil, fish oils high in omega 3s are all great, seeds with high omega ratios like chia or flax are fine
