They knew they would be bailed out. There are a LOT of programs besides welfare they never tell you about, including free daycare for parasites who don't even work! It is a grand conspiracy on the part of these welfare leeches, that they are getting lots of free benefits that they keep quiet about. My uncle had to repair A/C at a buildiing that was just for welfare women and their massive numbers of children, with free workers. It's not advertised, it's just word-of-mouth only.
