  • jwbruce93 I think you need to roll the weight back on to your heals at the beginning of the rep to know your form is right-- that said I lift lighter weights than you.

  • hips forward and shoulders back on lock out, all of those lifts would've been read lighted

  • I can do 125kg for two reps now but am only 60Kg and 164cm

  • I'm impressed.
