  • Duuude, doesn't that hurt your back? Doing all of that on a tiled floor? I do that on a carpet and my spine scrapes across the floor, hurts so bad. Is there a way to stop that? Besides like...putting down towels?(I put down towels normally, and it waste them) :P

  • You probably won't see 6 packs, but you will get rid of most of the fat. If you do this for those 5 weeks straight, then maybe you might see 4 packs develop.

  • not only u need these ab exercises also run and breath through only ur mouth yes u feel sick but it really is workin out all ur muscles through it

  • It might be a good idea in your next video to only show five or so reps of each as an example....watching all twenty of them gets a little boring.

  • UMMM, I'm 13 too and I have 6 packs, trying to get 8! Here is some suggestions, do 100 sit ups everyday in the first week! 200 second, 300 third! and keep at 300 everyday! Stay in the middle of the air for about 5 seconds, do it 10 times out of 50, so you should be about 20 degress! Do as many as you can! don't force yourself! Good luck, let me know how it goes!

  • after a few weeks and being dedicated, you can get a 6 pack and strong abs. just do that exercise for those weeks, or more if you want lol

  • lol obviously you're not gonna get abs after only one six minute workout, you have to do them every (or every other) day for weeks/months. also it helps to eat healthy

  • It's not complicated. If you want your abs to pop, you have to eat less and cut all fatty foods from your diet. If you eat a fatty diet it won't matter if you workout every single day, you wont have highly chisled abs. You can get bulk abs this way, but not the chisled lean ones everyone desires. So simply cut all fatty foods from your diet! This is all it takes, it's not rocket science!

  • Lol your like me ive got al weekend of basically so i workout most then. But 4 hours a bit to much all in one go. i usually do this 3-5 times a day everyday so it,s a bit more than a month but im gunna do one for like 1.5 hours bye for now

  • nope it wouldnt working out is based on consistancy

    if you work out for 4 hours in one day, and not workout the next day it would be uneven.

    do this for about 20 minutes a day and its good.

    intead of watching tv eating chips do this.

  • This routine is great. If you repeat this 3 times, every single day, in one week you will notice a difference. But don't think that after one week you can stop and show off your abs..you must continue if you wish to stay like that.
