Hey im 13 and im doing half of what hes doing (Because of my Age and Strength) Since ive been doing this since im 12 (5 Months) Ive got a 6 Pack well a quite big one i think n people who say you cant get a six pack at my age they're Bullshitters!

Duuude, doesn't that hurt your back? Doing all of that on a tiled floor? I do that on a carpet and my spine scrapes across the floor, hurts so bad. Is there a way to stop that? Besides like...putting down towels?(I put down towels normally, and it waste them) :P

You probably won't see 6 packs, but you will get rid of most of the fat. If you do this for those 5 weeks straight, then maybe you might see 4 packs develop.

UMMM, I'm 13 too and I have 6 packs, trying to get 8! Here is some suggestions, do 100 sit ups everyday in the first week! 200 second, 300 third! and keep at 300 everyday! Stay in the middle of the air for about 5 seconds, do it 10 times out of 50, so you should be about 20 degress! Do as many as you can! don't force yourself! Good luck, let me know how it goes!
but hey how long would it take u to get those packs, i understand u do them in six minutes. but i dobt u get ur six packs from the first six minute exercise that u do?, see i dont have that much body fat but i dont think i can really get my full abs as easy as that, yet i just want u to respond to this and just give me a little explanation...
lol obviously you're not gonna get abs after only one six minute workout, you have to do them every (or every other) day for weeks/months. also it helps to eat healthy
It's not complicated. If you want your abs to pop, you have to eat less and cut all fatty foods from your diet. If you eat a fatty diet it won't matter if you workout every single day, you wont have highly chisled abs. You can get bulk abs this way, but not the chisled lean ones everyone desires. So simply cut all fatty foods from your diet! This is all it takes, it's not rocket science!

20 x Knee UPs 20 x leg raises 20 x cycles rest 10 - 20 seconds 20 x reverse crunches 20 x leg on couch crunches 20 x hip thrusts rest 10-20 seconds 20 x cross crunch (10 each side) 20 x reach and touch (10 each side) 20 x cross leg crunch (10 each side) REPEAT 2-3 TIMES Tip: to save time do this routine once but do each exercise to failure.

This routine is great. If you repeat this 3 times, every single day, in one week you will notice a difference. But don't think that after one week you can stop and show off your abs..you must continue if you wish to stay like that.
I actually wrote the steps down on paper and did it 5 minutes after I watched this. It gives your abs a good workout. The next day my abs were soo sore. I was just wondering how many times to do this a day. Thanks.

if you work out for 4 hours in one day, and not workout the next day it would be uneven.
do this for about 20 minutes a day and its good.
intead of watching tv eating chips do this.
