No it's not. It's stealing and you know it. How would you like it if you cut a song that should make you millions....but everyone got it for free and you only make a couple hundred dollars? The only way music people make money is by live shows nowadays. The Chinese are the worst at stealing info/products.

by the way the whole comercial reason is just an excuse to censor the internet. the real reason is because the number of americans getting their news from unbiased sources on the internet rather than the fascist mainstream tv news propaganda is exploding. the international banks cant continue their wars of global dominance if fewer and fewer americans support them.
Why FBI doesnt close YOUTUBE? Youtube has MANY videos and Copyrighted material. Whats the diference between Megaupload an Youtube? Youtube makes money with ads also...and is all full of illegal contents that people download everyday.
