This is one of my fav dish but can I ask why isit that your kimchi is not red but pink? Is it due to the camera? Or it really is like that?

Thanks for the recipe! I really want to try this sometime! =D I have a few questions though, can I use korean chili paste (gapchang?) instead of the pepper flakes? Also, is it ok if I replace the seafood with beef or something? I don't really like seafood..^^;;

it's fine to use beef instead.

If you use chili paste, it would taste ok but it wouldn't taste like authentic SoonDUBU Jjigae. If you can find it, i highly reccommand using chili flakes! Good luck!
