Would the card system below cooperate with the SWR characters I have for Mugen?

But will the cards displayed at the bottom hide the cards shown on characters like Reisen? I have a lot of Touhou SWR characters with card displays and I dont' want them hidden by the lifebar.
The SWR is MUGEN display.
No is actual PC game.
I know. I mean will it overlay the character's spell cards?
No is Spell Cards for Mugen lifebar display, is actually free fighters.
