Pretty sweet idea. You could actually cut it as many times as you want (5, 6, 7...) and still do it. You could even start out with a standard shuffle and bridge, just lead off with either the left hand or the right hand, whichever one has the bottom card you want to keep on bottom, then do the Hindu shuffle to move it to the top.
