how come some bits of this trailer is different to the actual film (i.e in this it's says "yo momma so stupid she went to dr dre for a boob job, but in the film it's "yo momma so stupid she went to dr dre for a pep smear") someone explain?

I think it's because the film's distributors wanted the trailer to be PG. That's why they censored the word 'pap smear' and replaced it with 'boob job'.
