Non-violently, no election, just say THIS IS ENOUGH...our vote means nothing, these Tea Party candidates have been bought by corporations. DEMAND that these anti-people candidates resign , until they actually resign!
Joe public sector unions just don't make sense. And it's not like these folks are living in poverty. Their jobs still compensate VERY WELL. Hence why ALMOST no one has left the state for other jobs. Must not be too bad. You'd rather take it from one and give it to another than have the market decide? You're delusional.
@cnips20 I make 23.800$ yr gross after ten years of public service. WHY should I be taxed more (Rick Scott plans 3% tax for public workers ONLY) while corporations get more tax cuts, exemptions and loopholes? 98% of Florida businesses already pay NO corporate taxes at all! Please explain yourself in logical common sense and common cents.
I wish I could patronize your site Joe! I am currently unemployed and struggling myself, but perhaps when this down turn ends for me I will get a chance. Stay strong.

I don't understand why people would think that, someone who is elected, would care in the least for a peaceful protest, regardless of how many people showed up. It doesn't affect them, they just look at the fact they were elected and move on.
Joe...I am so sorry about what happened to you...to everyone. Our relatives worked so f'kn hard so that people would have decent working conditions for people here in the US...might have to go thru all that shit again to regain them...tiring to repeat history.
BTW-guess Michael Moore's own documentary "Sicko" made no impact on him whatsoever. Was supposed to be losing weight and taking better preventative care of himself...and what happened? Especially with a shit healthcare system.
What is happening all over America at this time is the death of our Democracy. Mich has a bill they are voting on today that will give the governor the right to dissolve a city or towns government and put in their place a corporation or individual he picks to run that town or city. The trigger for that move is a "economic crisis" as he sees it.
@Boomer1949 Damn right. It's an all out assault and they're coming at every working person, union or non-union from all angles. What is happening in Michigan is equally outrageous! But, that's not all: a leader of tea party nation openly declared that only people with property should be able to vote. These clowns literally want this country to move back to the 19th century. They will soon get their wish.
@55ella2007k The Tea Party Nations did this? How stupid are they? There base is on disability, ss and welfare, they don't own property, their lucky to own a car. Maybe they count lot rent in a trailer park as home ownership, or maybe just the trailer. I know it was like this in the beginning because the founders didn't think common people were educated enough or smart enough to vote but doesn't that apply to the Tea Party today?
The death of democracy was the 14 Senators fleeing to Illinois for 2.5 weeks and obstructing the Democratic process. That can never, ever happen again.
Our monetary system is based on monolithic usury, failure is predetermined. Class warfare will be the mantra used to paper over this peccadillo. Prepare to be driven mad by a media that attempts to foment infighting at every opportunity.

Always great to see you, Joe. It's not often enough, though. You're one of the best on YouTube -- and one of the very few who really understand what's happening.
Jesus christ, you people are being hysterical. They did not take all their collective bargaining rights (unlike they did for federal workers), just the ones that defer payment to future tax payers. This is good for anyone who pays sales taxes, property taxes (even renters) and any other state taxes that go into paying for the WI civil servants.
Please watch this video people denouncing the move
Well it wont be long before some politician meets his maker Joe, and then we can all celebrate. We should have a lottery on who gets a dirt nap first. Sounds like a plan, maybe we can even make some money at it. hehehe. Hey how about a derivative for that. lol Or even a honk. 8O)
My guess? ....hmmmm, If we count Internationals, I'll pick Gaddafi at noon, in the armory, with a lead oil pipe.
If it's in the US....I Pick Scott Walker at midnight, in Lake Michigan with Cement shoes.
System has been rigged to fail now Joe not You. Private sector vs the public sector. Division rigged in. Unions in private sector a must, unions in public sector never in a republic. The people of the private sector must control the Gov...all a distraction of the real expense of actions outside our borders...tks for the vid but smaller controlled Gov. is not death of demo-cracy.
@bman462 Really? Personally I think Moore's an important voice....but then again there are those who prefer Beck, Limbaugh, Hannity and O'Reilly. It's a matter of taste and intelligence.
@bman462 even if you are right, (which i do not accept) how does that affect the issues he talks about? arent the real world problems someone talks about important than the perceived character of the guy tellin you about it?

"Nonviolence!" they say, failing to understand that violence AGAINST the working class and underclass is CONSTANT and that this bill is just one more punch of the constant escalation. Yet we're being exhorted to remain "nonviolent", like battered wives in fundamentalist churches being told to stay submissive to their husbands and turn the other cheek. Christian nonviolence, so ingrained in our culture that even the most godless put it on a pedestal, has never been practiced by our masters.
@bulldogger They want you to get violent so they can kill you or put you in one of their for profit prisons. Don't take the bait. Beat them at their own game. We still have an enforceable constitution. Get together with your friends and colleagues and file a freakin' lawsuit against them charging fraud and theft and liable and conspiracy and official misconduct and treason.
@FriedDaisy Union rights weren't won by holding signs, and if lost, they won't be re-won that way either. If the legal route doesn't work direct action is required. Walker told the fake Koch he considered using provocateurs, they've used police to forcibly remove people from their house, they'll use much more force if necessary -- we're the only one play by the rules and which is fucking stupid.
@bulldogger I totally understand the argument. I honestly do. But we're not dealing with normal opponents. These entities are so removed from the fray that any action taken by either side will never touch them or be "legally" attributed to them. The way they play their games allows them to win no matter what happens. The only way to pull them down where consequences actually mean something is through enforcement of the law; and they are always breaking the law- always.
Remember Dylan, "There is no success like failure, and failure is no success at all"
What does it all mean anyway? The interwebs are a odd commodity, by the looks of it well established sites are having a hard go of it in this economy. But I hear ya, cheer up it could be worse, and no doubt will.... uff da
Joe, you're loved more than you know . . . Yesterday, they came for me, too. I'm not a trade unionist, but I'm a registered nurse who's working in a dangerously understaffed (supposedly not for profit) hospital that for the last 2 years has not replaced staff who've left for greener pastures or been fired. Instead, they've been squeezing those of us left to death. I've seen every single one of my co-workers cry on the job because of the stress. I WANT TO BE A UNION NURSE. How does one sign up?
@LivingHistorySchool You're out of your mind and out of touch with reality if you think what happened in Wisconsin was an illusion. 200,000 people will be directly harmed and their standard of living decreased.
@jsmythib Of course there are other forces at work in our society that affect the working class (middle class). But that doesn't make the Republican attack on the rights of workers in Wisconsin okay - or any less tragic.
@Z200a I know....It is sad we as a country do not understand what wealth is- or how it is created..and the poor fools that try to patch it, or the ones who thought it was real.
@iknewitalready This wasn't about the parties. It was about the rights of a couple hundred thousand people to a middle class life in the richest country in the world.
@thesludgereport Hannity, Limbaugh and O'Reilly belong to private sector unions, huge difference. One is fighting over company profits, the other fighting over tax payer's paycheck.
@uche007us The rich and the corporations thank you for your devotion to promoting their interest over your own, and over the interests of the American population.
@uche007us Bullshit. This is about destroying unions period, public and private. Most public sector unions aren't allowed to strike anyway, so that's not the issue. And if you think that nurses, fire-fighters, sanitation workers, teachers shouldn't have some say-so in their working conditions, then stop relying on their services, period. BTW, these very same people ALSO pay taxes + fund their own pensions (pensions literally STOLEN by Wall Street).
@55ella2007k I call BS to your BS. Collective bargaining is the reason why a cop in Omaha can retire at 45 while receiving $80k /yr with health insurance. The unions have convinced us that furnishing their lavish pensions and health insurance is somehow in our best interest but the jig is up and the people are fighting back. Also plz give me a chance to opt out of police, teachers and sanitation workers service and would stop relying on their services.
@uche007us Stefbot? I may as well listen to Ayd Rand, she was more original than this fraudster. His entire philosophy (like Rand's) is morally bankrupt. Cops retiring at 45 + receiving 80k pensions? What planet do you live on? You are defending the very criminals on Wall Street which caused this mess. It wasn't the American work force which committed this fraud.
@55ella2007k its sad that you were unable to watch the video link because of your perceived bias of the vlogger. And yes, cops in Omaha are retiring after 25yrs of service with 80% of their last years salary in pensions. The problem is that it is the tax payer that is left paying the pension and WI or Omaha cannot tax wall street to service those pensions.
So in the meantime, lets give the ppl of WI a break while we device a plan of collecting the stolen trillion from wall street
@thesludgereport Hannity, O'reily, and Rush don't deny supporting Unions. I rather have them speak at a Union rally than a lying glutton super capitalist hypocrite like Michael Moore ( Join Michelle. Robinson's Move Along- God knows you need it, you super lard ass)
@seamoremonster It was published by ABC news. Yes, non-union workers were used in the making of his film capitlism, and others.. oh, and they didn't receive healthcare either... tsk tsk tsk And no i didn't make it up... Unlike somne ppl i don't have artificial facts in my head.
@liberalsRhypocrites Hmmm. Maybe a freelance non Hollywood effort has different demands....I'm sure Moore's first films were made on a shoe spring budget as a cooperative. But don't let that get in your way. His voice is out there and yours isn't.
@seamoremonster Yeah but the difference is my voice contains honesty and that's all that matters to me. Sorry if I hurt your feelings about your cult leader. Maybe try thinking for yourself, if you have the ability.
@liberalsRhypocrites Not my cult leader smart ass. Just a guy I respect a bit more than some gutless critic who carps from the sidelines. Lot of them, not too many that actually put their ass on the line and make a difference. I bet you're a wonderful couch quarter back too. I suppose you think 'thinking for yourself" is to sit around with your hand on your twat while you contemplate the wonder & magnitude of your farts. Not the only place hot air comes from. Less offensive than your mouth.
@liberalsRhypocrites You need to up date your information. Moore spoke to the protesters in Madison recently, one of the best speeches so far, in which he listed the unions he belongs to and the unions of those who work for him.
No surprise. I bet they found out that democratic rights are the root of socialism that deprives the rich of their rights. They have to put an end to these predatory practices.

@iknewitalready This wasn't about the parties. It was about the rights of a couple hundred thousand people to a middle class life in the richest country in the world.

It's funny hearing Michael Moore talk about Unions when he uses non-union workers on his "documentary's" What a hypocrite.
liberalsRhypocrites 11 months ago 5
@liberalsRhypocrites You know what is also funny? Hannity, Limbaugh, and O'Reilly are all trade unionists too.
thesludgereport 11 months ago 6
@thesludgereport Hannity, Limbaugh and O'Reilly belong to private sector unions, huge difference. One is fighting over company profits, the other fighting over tax payer's paycheck.

@uche007us The rich and the corporations thank you for your devotion to promoting their interest over your own, and over the interests of the American population.
Z200a 11 months ago

55ella2007k 11 months ago
@55ella2007k its sad that you were unable to watch the video link because of your perceived bias of the vlogger. And yes, cops in Omaha are retiring after 25yrs of service with 80% of their last years salary in pensions. The problem is that it is the tax payer that is left paying the pension and WI or Omaha cannot tax wall street to service those pensions.
So in the meantime, lets give the ppl of WI a break while we device a plan of collecting the stolen trillion from wall street

@thesludgereport good one, Joe :)

@thesludgereport Hannity, O'reily, and Rush don't deny supporting Unions. I rather have them speak at a Union rally than a lying glutton super capitalist hypocrite like Michael Moore ( Join Michelle. Robinson's Move Along- God knows you need it, you super lard ass)
kevyster 11 months ago
@liberalsRhypocrites And you get your information where? Or did you just make that up?
seamoremonster 11 months ago
@seamoremonster It was published by ABC news. Yes, non-union workers were used in the making of his film capitlism, and others.. oh, and they didn't receive healthcare either... tsk tsk tsk And no i didn't make it up... Unlike somne ppl i don't have artificial facts in my head.
liberalsRhypocrites 11 months ago
@liberalsRhypocrites Hmmm. Maybe a freelance non Hollywood effort has different demands....I'm sure Moore's first films were made on a shoe spring budget as a cooperative. But don't let that get in your way. His voice is out there and yours isn't.
seamoremonster 11 months ago
@seamoremonster Yeah but the difference is my voice contains honesty and that's all that matters to me. Sorry if I hurt your feelings about your cult leader. Maybe try thinking for yourself, if you have the ability.
liberalsRhypocrites 11 months ago
@liberalsRhypocrites Not my cult leader smart ass. Just a guy I respect a bit more than some gutless critic who carps from the sidelines. Lot of them, not too many that actually put their ass on the line and make a difference. I bet you're a wonderful couch quarter back too. I suppose you think 'thinking for yourself" is to sit around with your hand on your twat while you contemplate the wonder & magnitude of your farts. Not the only place hot air comes from. Less offensive than your mouth.
seamoremonster 11 months ago
@liberalsRhypocrites You need to up date your information. Moore spoke to the protesters in Madison recently, one of the best speeches so far, in which he listed the unions he belongs to and the unions of those who work for him.

@Boomer1949 Yeah, which he joined and hired after he was busted and shown for the hypocrite he is.
