This movie is between Jiraiya dying and before the fight with Pein. That's why Naruto didn't know this was his dad. The "similar chakra" gave it away though. Sara is NOT his mother. She only looks like Kushina because of the red hair but Kushina had a tom-boy personality. Sara is too girly for that.
