dave is the singer i saw the second half of the tour eddie was just awesome. eddie did come out in rollingstone mag and said he has been to daves house writing songs there is a new album with lee roth that will be out either this year or the start of next year and there is a tour for 2010 also

been really into van halen from maybe when i was 10-12 im now 33 and they really have nothing to say anymore its so boring, you guys overseas are lucky very rarely do they tour in england U.K missed them in 84 was too young to go and only saw them in 93 but thats a real blur dont remember much but do remember the sound was real poor and eddie was off form which was a real shame

Yeah, I hope they release a DVD of this tour. Van Halen's publicist told me the OKC and Texas crowds, so far, have been the most enthusiastic, and the band really fed off the viewer's energy. Maybe the DVD will from the OKC show.

Nice seats man. I was in section 119. That concert was incredible i'm glad they played all the good stuff and it great to see that Van Halen is really Van Halen again since Sammy's gone. Also I recorded the whole concert and will have vids up soon.

Yep, I was there, too. Wonderful, wonderful concert. You really could tell Dave and Eddie were having a blast, and Wolfgang was having a good time too, although he's a big reserved on stage (compared to Anthony). It was a fantastic evening. They really sounded inspired ... and tight.
