excellent music,if i pitch this video doesn't happen, last week i struck out 26 out of 27,the last guy was too afraid to get up,nice stadium, surprised more people don't attend
Let me tell you something. The pitching is not all together too good. I keep trying to get the speed up. Makes it more exciting. You need to get your strike outs on video. Would be something to see. Put that to music.
We are not European, although most seem not gay I wouldn't argue that some act gay, not that theres anything wrong with that and of course it is not an actual home run derby, it is as you can see in the heading that it is 20 years of home runs. The actual derby which we do have yearly before our games is rather boring so we do not have any of those home runs here.
there used to be a lot of slow junk but it has evolved into a faster pitch now with all sorts of pitches and we are using a strike zone comparable to the ones used in the golden stick tournament. Those guys play a mean game and it looks great. We are not so fast. Would love to play with those guys.
Yo this video is cool and it must be even greater for you guys who participate cause its like a yearly log of the best plays that you always can brag about..do you guys fast pitch with hard sliders, risers and split fingers and all ?.. or do you do slower only looping curveballs ? That pitch works well when you offset it with a mix of your other pitches. .. its looks like people are teeing off on slow pitches ?
we use quite a few of the standard yellow but last year found a new black bat that resembled a louisville slugger. That one was pretty good. Then a few others but nothing special.
We are not in a league. We play just onece a year for the past 23 years as a summer gathering. I suppose if there was a league around here we would get in it but never heard of one. We just go all out with the field, uniforms, programs, etc. It is a fun summer gathering.
It's oh

If you would like a sweet strike zone then go to ebay and type in "Strike Zone" for a search.
It is the first of it's kind being sold and the seller is "strikemsound"
email me if you want to find out more.

We go through at least a dozen or so each year between home run derby and the games.

I'd say you could shoot some video from a different angle once in awhile. And no, 120' is not far for a wiffle ball, unless you're mary poppins
dickenine 4 years ago
We have thought about it. Working on having multiple videos going at once for next year.
ralberghine 4 years ago
okay, you're either all European, gay, or this is in the sixties or all of the above. Also, who runs bases in a home-run derby? You don't.
