One explanation is in America the vast majority of people seen as beautiful are of European descent. Any non-caucasians seen as beautiful in America are very few & far between. Many Asian American girls have a deep insecurity b/c they know in the eyes of the American public, they're not seen as beautiful or having "All-American looks" & are always seen as foreigners, not as Americans. Not all, but many Asian American girls are Uncle Toms & whiny b/c of this, which explains Gina.
i think Gina came from a good family and place. that might be the reason why she doesnt know how to deel with those who dont. she is young and have time to learn the tricks.

Have you ever worked a day in your life? That's not making her work what Janice did. She tested her on something that has nothing to do with the competition, she probably just did it because the producer told her to do so. That still doesn't make it right.
That wasn't even fair. Gina literally asked Janice is she had to tell her who was giving her a hard time, and Janice said yes. That wasn't even fair. Gina literally asked Janice is she had to tell her who was giving her a hard time, and Janice said yes. So Janice pretty much back stabbed Gina making her think it was okay and making her feel okay, and then she yelled at her afterwards. Janice can be the biggest bitch sometimes, and not in a good way.
