the problem with this is that we didn't use the money in the right way.

We gave it to banks and to consumers, meaning it will go up in smoke (banks) and go overseas (consumers)... we essentially just lost hundreds of billions of dollars and accomplished nothing.

He is very polite but the interview is worthless because there is no challenging Ferguson or even a followup to ask Ferguson to explain why he believes what he believes.
