absolutely brilliant. Ohio State, USC, and all the others have nothing on this band. It's not only the volume, but the purity of sound. And just think, they're getting that pure, balanced sound while moving their horns! Brilliant musicianship, and, as always, outstanding showmanship. Well for some people, they may be fun to watch. But for anyone who knows anything about marching band, the entertaining part is how well a band (or corp) can march their drill and play. If the drill and music is awesome, like the Cavaliers 2002 and 2003 shows, then you'll have the entire stadium on their feet cheering. FAMU, as I said, isn't good.
Whn your favorite band takes the title of America's Band away from Famu then you can talk but until then nothing you say will really matter at the end of the day.
You can advertise the Cavs all you want and they will still be overshadowed by the 100.
And this is NOT New Orleans music. It's a REGIONAL song. Hell Mardi Gras was in MOBILE AL 50 yrs before the 1st one in New Orleans. Y'all quick to claim something. And btw, SU isn't in N.O. It's in Baton Rouge. So I guess they shouldn't play it either. And don't tell me SUNO is in NO because they have no marching band.

A mix of BCU??? Its the exact opposite sir BCU is like a mix of FAMU and SWAC. Like actually that's pretty much what they are. BCU had a FAMU director then a director from the SWAC (Where IDK) Thats why BCU focuses on Musicianship and has certain SWAC qualities (Up turns ect) After that they made it their own. Plus shouldn't musicianship be used everywhere? ESPECIALLY concert band? I'm not attacking just informing. And I agree If someone says FAM is like A&T they should kill themselves lol.
