@Sinnerswing : I would also recommend movies like Kal Ho Na Ho which is set in NYC and has Shahrukh Khan -- that movie will make you cry. Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Dil To Pagal Hai, Mohabbatein, Chalte Chalte and Kabhi alvida Naa Kehna (which is about infidelity) are also very much recommended!
