If you knew anything about cars, you'd know that

a) This can has a Mongoose exhaust, not a Milltek

b) No Rover Turbo is going to be running 240bhp on the standard turbo and intercooler (as has been said)

c) The 15psi that this car is running will kill things... abused, I think so

I can confirm 240BHP - very easy to do with the right modifications.

Please note the YouTube video sound is very tinny so makes it sound like the engine is stressed! But this engine abused - no way!

I know much more about cars, engine and tuning than 99% the majority and am not some clueless boy racer!  Any normal engine that can't take a few revs certainly isn't fit for road use. A visit to somewhere like Santapod will show you what a well kept and tuned engine is capable of...
