I have been riding since I was 6, I currently have a KX100. I am way to big for this bike and was looking for some advice on a bigger bike. I can handle as much power as possible, should I get a 250 2 stroke or 450 4 stroke. It would be for trail riding, I know how to ride and ride street bikes. would a 450 be better for me? I do like the simplicity and power band of 2 strokes.

That all depends . How tall are you, do you think you can handle a bike that powerful. I bought a 2000 rm 250 2 stroke and that has plenty of power for trail riding. I'm 5ft 10'' and that bike is quite a bit to handle. So yeah it all depends really . Just for trail riding i think a 250 2 stroke or even a 4 stroke. Hope that that helped you out

nice, I got the same bike a 99 so were that rare shroud type... good luck finding replacement graphics, I had to get them from Scandinavia.
